We do not have a private parking. Free unattended public parking is available on the street and in the surrounding area, subject to availability.

Continental or international breakfast (Le Palmette Suites)

For those staying in the Palmette Suites, breakfast service is included at our Le Palmette Beach Club Bar Restaurant on the Poetto seafront, in the immediate vicinity, about 200 meters on foot. The breakfast service is not provided for those who decide to stay at the Arveskida Suite, as it is an independent accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen.

Daily cleaning and linen

The cleaning of the rooms is carried out every day from about 10.00 to about 13.00, they are not foreseen in other time slots, except on request to be checked with the manager. The change of bed linen and towels is provided every 3 days, unless otherwise requested or needed. In our apartment Arveskida Suite, a complete cleaning and linen change is included free of charge for stays longer than or equal to seven nights. It is possible to request extra cleaning for a fee for your apartment.

Reception

Our facility does not have a 24-hour reception. Check-in is available from 15:00 to 20:00. After 20:00 it is possible to carry out the self check-in upon confirmation with the manager. Check-out is to be done by 11:00.

Bar / Restaurant Le Palmette Beach Club

We inform you that our guests are entitled to discount on the the restaurant meals and beach service. By showing the access card, the Staff will recognize the discount.

If you need beach towels, you could rent them by requesting our staff, and then return them before departure. It is strictly forbidden to use white towels outside the structure, in case of missing linen we will be forced to charge it to the account.

For those staying in the Arveskida Suite apartment, a washing machine and a dryer are available to guests in the outdoor area in front of the Reception. The service is free and is a single workstation shared with the Facility.

Families with Children (Arveskida suite)

In our structure, the rooms are only for single or double use, we do not have communicating suites, and we also do not have the space to add extra beds or to separate the beds. Children up to 3 years of age can stay only and exclusively if they are guests of the Arveskida Suite apartment. If expressly requested, the structure makes a travel cot and high chair available to younger guests free of charge. We ask you to report your needs at the time of booking. Parents (or those who legally exercise parental authority) are responsible for the acts performed by them within the structure and are required to supervise them and to ensure that they maintain a polite and respectful behavior towards others, under their own direct responsibility and, in particular, as regards the obligation to respect silence and the equipment made available by the Structure to its Guests.
